Intermediate Iyengar Yoga

This class is for intermediate students who have progressively cultivated their practice. Students with a solid foundation and experience in Iyengar yoga are welcome to attend. This class focuses on refinement in basic postures and covers intermediate asanas including arm balancings, and inversion variations. Students should have experience holding Sirsasana (headstand) and Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) for several minutes.
