"The person of restraint is awake in that which is night for all beings; the time in which all beings are awake is night for the sage who sees." Bhagavad Gita II.69
Join us to celebrate the longest night of the year and a return to more daylight. We will practice a restorative yoga sequence which will also provide for rest and recuperation in advance of the holidays. In restorative yoga we hold the asanas longer and use props to recover from physical and mental fatigue, with a target of restoring the equilibrium of the nervous system. This class is limited to 8 students.
