About

Welcome to Hidden Wisdom, a holistic yoga experience located right off the square in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. We focus on classical yoga classes in the Iyengar tradition and offer instructors and teachings from other traditions as well. The tenets of Iyengar yoga are alignment, extension, directionality; steadiness/stability, and precision. Our classes focus not only on dynamic movement and auspicious actions, and are infused with philosophy to cultivate awareness and integration. Classes are taught cyclically in line with the seasons and introduce students to a variety of asana (posture) families sequentially and through stages.

Hidden Wisdom is a space for learning and self-discovery where we discover we have everything we need within. We aim to cultivate a meaningful a yoga practice that aligns one with the soul. We focus on in-person classes to create an enhanced sense of community.

"Health begins with firmness in the body, deepens to emotional stability, then leads to intellectual clarity, wisdom, and finally the unveiling of the soul." B.K.S. Iyengar

Our Teachers

Alison Lintal

Alison Lintal has been a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher since 2015 and an Iyengar Yoga practitioner since 2010. She received her Level 2 Certification in 2025. She apprenticed with Patrina Dobish in Chicago and studied with other senior Iyengar Yoga teachers in the U.S. After she obtained certification, she began to regularly study with Holly Kostura who mentored her through Level 2 Assessment and Certification and continues to serve as her mentor.

Jeremi Dilworth

Jeremi Dilworth is a mother, teacher, learner, yogi, and soap maker.  Injuries related to her dance career led her to explore Iyengar yoga as a personal therapy.  She quickly fell in love with the unique combination of precision and creativity that exists in the Iyengar Method and has practiced Iyengar yoga with Certified Iyengar Teachers in the Mid-Atlantic.  This, along with her investigation of Alexander Technique and Bodymind Centering, contributes to a teaching style that is both eclectic and specific.  She encourages students to engage in their practice with a sense of curiosity and levity while exploring opportunities for both challenge and ease.  She lives in Gettysburg with one spouse, three kiddos, two dogs, and seven sassy chickens.

Nicolo Fonte

Level 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Nicolo Fonte has been a dedicated Iyengar yoga practitioner for more than 20 years.  He studies and mentors with Holly Kostura and has studied with many Senior Iyengar teachers all over the world, including Europe and Australia, as well as the US.  He went up for his Level 1 certification in 2021, received his Level 2 certification in 2024 and is now beginning his preparations for Level 3. He also presently serves on the IYNAUS Continuing Education Committee, actively participating with other CE members on both educational and creative projects such as choosing the 2025 Coast to Coast T-shirt image!  He is also planning his first trip to Pune, India to study at the “mother institute” known as RIMYI in December 2025.

“Nicky”, (as he is often called), seamlessly threads philosophy throughout his classes.  Without over simplifying his instructions, he is clear and concise and uses demonstrations to further deepen your understanding of the Iyengar method of yoga.  As an internationally renowned choreographer and a former professional dancer, Nicky brings a unique understanding of the joy of movement and the elation one feels when deeply connected to one’s own body.  He profoundly believes however, that the path of yoga is ultimately an inward journey - not performative - and through the practice of asana and pranayama, with exquisite awareness, a presence of mind is awakened to the deeper and more subtle aspects of yoga as a journey towards the Self.
